There are conditions!
ONE: You must provide us with all of the content at the time of the contract. We’ve made this as easy as possible! Lots of people are unsure about what to put online and how to organize their content. If you click here, you can download our free web design booklet that helps you organize your thoughts and collect the information you need. Just fill it in and send it to us, or bring it with you when you come in to meet with us.
TWO: You are limited to 10 pages as part of this price, but you can add extra pages for only $30 a page, or we can show you how to add your own using the CMS.
THREE: We require 1/3 of the estimated payment as a non-refundable retainer, along with your content, before we begin work. The average cost of a website design and development is $2400-$3200 depending on the complexity of the web components. We can give you a more precise estimate after we discuss your goals.

It’s Actually Fun
Once you sign the contract, we will help you select
- a layout,
- a design template, and
- a colour scheme.
Then our graphic design team drafts your website design. To make sure our design reflects your vision, you are welcome to come in and spend one hour with the designer to modify the draft when it is completed. In our experience, many clients find this easier than exchanging comments through email and phone.
Once you are satisfied with the design, we will move it into the content management system and lay in the content you have provided.
