Cambridge Santa Claus Parade This website was created and maintained by volunteers. who felt the common problem of under-staffing. People aren't available when needed and the site becomes an urgent only when it is too late. In 2007, the parade was looming and the site still had last year's news. C.R.Visuals agreed to become a sponsor of the Parade and provide web design and maintenance pro bono. We re-designed the site from scratch and updated the content. It was a great site to build and we started with an in-house competition for the home page. Once we had the basic idea in place, the site jumped from designer to designer with everyone adding their two pixels. Then we laid in the content and posted it in the nick of time.
