Liaison College uses interactive PDF forms on its website to help students apply for courses and regulate communications across many campuses. PDF forms help the college stay compliant with the Private Career Colleges Act and simplifies paperwork. Forms can be downloaded from the site and filled in online or printed for those who find that more convenient.

Healthizar Natural Healing uses a php/mysql-based online form to capture information on clients playing her Flash Rumi card game.
