We create websites for clients who want to turn more of their visitors into customers. Video is one of the most effective marketing techniques available. Video has an incredible ability to influence buying behaviour by up to an amazing 70%. Our recent strategic partnership with Modevation Media, a professional video production company, allows us to become one of the few companies in Waterloo Region to offer an end to end solution for video enabled websites.  

Modevation gathers about 1 hour of footage from an event, focusing on moments where people share success stories. Additional interviews are recommended to make the event more personal. Intro music and animation are added for the opening titles.

The finished clip is a 10 minute (maximum) professionally edited version of the program with highlights from the event. The client receives a Master Copy of the DVD that can be duplicated and distributed. An electronic MPEG version of the video is sized and compressed for online streaming.

We recommend you air the video on YouTube. (Restrictions apply: YouTube requires the clip be 10 minutes long and 100MB in size.) This gives you wide distribution and allows you to post either a link to the YouTube file or use the YouTube player on your site.

• Home Page: Welcome from a VIP. Short and full of promise, it lets people know what to expect from the site.
  
  
• About Us. Meet the staff. The degree of formality will affect the impression you leave behind.
  
  
• What's hot? This could be a special event, a come-on in the catalogue, a showcase, or trailer.
  
  
• News and media pages. Add your seminars, webinars, demo reel and TV ads. In the news section, add them as they happen. In the media zone, provide them as clips.
  
  
• Home page, contact or about us. Show your office. Even a small home-based office can be filmed to look professional with cuts to the workspace and furnishings, windows, etc.
  
  
• Testimonials. Getting your clients to create a clip can be a challenge, but remind them that it is publicity for them as well.
