Search Engine Optimization

SEO is an important part of most online marketing strategies because it helps drive traffic to your website. The majority of new visitors to your website will find you through Google, YouTube, or another search engine or social media site.

SEO is about ensuring your website is built to help search engines trawl your content and understand what you have to offer the world. Any good site should be optimized for search before it launches. It can be difficult and costly to do the job after the fact since some of the most important elements are titles, links, use of keywords in the text. In fact Google has over 200 factors they use to determine how your site should rank for any given search term or keyword.

Getting a site into shape is only part of the job. After the launch, the website traffic should be monitored: where do visitors come from, what keywords did they use to access the site, what pages did they visit and where did they go after they entered the site. The site should be adjusted accordingly.

Automated chats can reduce abandonment by 10%. Place a chat in a popunder window. It should be able to recognize when the user leaves the site without finishing the transaction. The chat responds with a suggestion or offer based on the last click they made. The “Chat” then continues the discussion by referencing scripts triggered by keywords in the user’s comments.
